SINS OF OUR YOUTH at Hollywood Film Festival

It's been a BUSY month for Matt and me on the film festival circuit! Besides ODD BRODSKY screening in 4 festivals coast-to-coast in a 9-day time period, the feature SINS OF OUR YOUTH (which was directed by Gary Entin, and written by Edmund Entin) had it's Los Angeles premiere at Hollywood Film Festival last night and it was SPECTACULAR!!

We had a blast screening ODD BRODSKY at the 15th Annual Big Bear Lake International Film Festival.  The drive into the mountains is always surreal, like driving into the sky.  The volunteers were so good to us, and we loved the filmmaker goodie bags --which included the craziest wine-screw I've ever seen!  In between films, parties, events and food we found time to take boat out onto the lake!  It's not often the film festivals feel like a much  needed vacation but this one did! Thanks for the memories Big Bear!

Another highlight of the trip was waking up to this awesome tweet and then finding out it was from a reviewer!

And The Winner Is...

They like us! They really like us!  I'm delighted to tell you that ODD BRODSKY won the Audience Award of the 9th Annual Broad Humor Film Festival!  Nothing beats sitting in a theatre full of strangers and hearing them laugh out loud!  Heartfelt thanks go to our amazing cast and crew! Woo Hoo!

Working with Legends!

My amazingly talented husband Matt is out in Nashville shooting a movie called MY MANY SONS. He's off today and found himself hanging out doing laundry with Tatum O'Neil. (!!!) Besides getting to hear first-hand on-set stories about PAPER MOON (one of my all-time favorite films!!!) they briefly talked about ODD BRODSKY!
